Buyer Questions

You can browse products in several ways:

  • Use the search bar at the top of any page
  • Browse by category (Books, Electronics, Furniture, etc.)
  • Filter by your campus to see items available near you
  • Sort by price, date posted, or condition

To contact a seller:

  1. Click on the product you're interested in
  2. Select the "Contact Seller" button
  3. You'll see the seller's contact information (usually WhatsApp number or email)
  4. Message them directly to ask questions or negotiate

Seller Questions

Listing an item is quick and easy:

  1. Click "Sell Now" in the navigation
  2. Fill in details about your item (title, description, price, etc.)
  3. Upload clear photos (at least one required)
  4. Select the appropriate category and condition
  5. Choose whether to list at your campus only or all campuses
  6. Publish your listing!

Renter Questions

Renting items is a great way to save money on things you only need temporarily. Here's how it works:

Find an Item

Browse the "Rent" section or filter listings by rental availability

Contact Owner

Message the owner to discuss rental period, price, and terms

Agree on Terms

Decide on rental duration, security deposit, and pickup/return

General Questions

How do I verify my account?

Account verification helps build trust in our community. To verify:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Upload a clear photo of your student ID (we blur sensitive info)
  3. Add your campus email address
  4. We'll verify within 24 hours

What items are prohibited?

For safety and legal reasons, we don't allow:

  • Alcohol, tobacco, or drugs
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Stolen property
  • Academic cheating services
